The international ABC Kids Expo (with ABC standing for All Baby & Child) is a B2B meeting platform for manufacturers of juvenile products and professional buyers. The 21st edition of the trade show will take place at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Concept &
Design

MUSHIE was attending ABC Kids Expo 2024 for the 3rd time after only exhibiting with a small basic 10’ x 20’ exhibit the previous year and just a 10’ x 10’ before that. Since they had a great traction from the previous 2 years, they decided to invest in a much more professional look and upgraded into a 20’ x 30’ exhibit space this time. Their goal was to make a great impression featuring new product lines that they rolled out since the last show that were much more diverse including a new partner that they also needed to feature inside their exhibit. All of their artwork, product displays, and flooring needed to be and clean with light wood and pastel colors compliment their various products.

Challenge

The biggest challenge was to feature 75% of the exhibit for MUSHIE and their new partner FRIGG in 25% of the exhibit. They also wanted to have an area where they could close potential prospects during the show using tablets. These types of meetings can take up to 1 hour and we needed seating for those type’s of meetings.

Solution

We spread out 3 separate sections for the 3 different product lines so that it was clear they offered 3 very different types of baby products. For the on-site client meetings, we placed a rectangular bar height table (with power outlets for phones and tables with 4 chairs) on the right side of the exhibit for those clients that required a sit-down meeting. These are clients that order in bulk for their retail stores.

Results

The show was a big success for the client. The creative design and layout allowed the staff to fully execute their very well thought out plan and they ended up booking the exact same booth for the next year in 2025.
