NADA, the National Automobile Dealers Association, is the top event for the automotive retail industry, attracting thousands of dealers and professionals seeking the latest innovations and insights. For MyKaarma, a leader in service and checkout systems, NADA was the perfect stage to showcase their cutting-edge technology to a targeted audience.
Concept &
Design
MyKaarma wanted a booth that would immerse attendees in their technology, so we created a replica of a modern dealership with a fully functional service drive. The design included interactive kiosks mimicking service counters, giving visitors hands-on experience with MyKaarma’s systems. We also added a comfortable lounge for more detailed conversations, ensuring the space was both functional and inviting.
Challenge
Standing out at NADA is no small feat, especially with so many exhibitors competing for attention. MyKaarma’s booth needed to draw traffic while fitting within a 30×40 footprint, maximizing engagement opportunities.
Solution
We built a full dealership environment, complete with dealer-style signage, backlit graphics, and a Porsche on the service drive, creating an eye-catching display. Eight demo stations allowed visitors to interact directly with MyKaarma’s systems, while the elevated graphics and signage made the booth visible from multiple angles, ensuring constant traffic flow.
Results
The booth was a hit, drawing large crowds with its dynamic design and interactive elements. Attendees were fully engaged, and MyKaarma’s technology was showcased in a practical, relatable setting. The strategic layout and standout visuals ensured a successful event, leaving a lasting impression on potential clients.
