Overview
The Human Resources Technology Conference and Exposition (HR Tech) is an annual show focused on technology in human resources and recruiting. For over 20 years, it has been the industry’s leading event, attracting over 10,000 attendees every year.
Concept &
Design
Paradox wanted to make a bold statement as an industry leader, and their vision was clear—they aimed to create an immersive space that dominated the event. With the most prominent booth at HR Tech, their goal was to offer attendees an unforgettable, all-encompassing experience.
Challenge
Paradox faced a significant roadblock with show rules prohibiting fully enclosed spaces. This was a critical issue for them as they envisioned a private, enclosed area for their booth. However, after extensive discussions with the show organizers, it became clear that a fully enclosed design would block views of neighboring booths, making it a no-go.
Solution
We found the perfect compromise by incorporating large glass panels. This allowed for clear sightlines throughout the booth while giving Paradox the sense of enclosure and privacy they desired. The glass design provided both openness and exclusivity, creating a sleek, modern look.
Results
Stepping into Paradox’s 40×60’ booth was like entering another world. Raised floors, 12’ high walls covered in Paradox’s signature style, a large video wall, and sleek demo tables set the tone for a high-tech experience. Secluded meeting spaces and interactive demo screens offered intimate, one-on-one interactions.
As the first booth attendees saw when entering the exhibit hall, it stopped people in their tracks. Many took photos and couldn’t help but admire the sheer scale and elegance of this modern, immersive exhibit.
