Never
An Estimated Price Or
After-Show Bill.
Guaranteed.

Exhibitors welcome the peace of mind that there will be no surprise bills after their trade show that can ruin their budget. Our sales order/ proposal is written as a final invoice. We promise one single calculated assessment and invoice for the entire exhibit project from design, fabrication, and union installation and dismantle (I&D) and round-trip freight. Within the invoice will be all graphics printed in-house including any dye sublimation fabric that is produced and sewn on our premises. All project flooring, furnishings, appliances, and audio-visual equipment will also be included. Sales tax will be applied based on geographical installation or purchase pickup. Show contracted services can also be included with a service charge upon request.

Tired of surprise invoices that blow your budget after an event? Our all-inclusive invoice model eliminates post-show billing headaches by providing up-front cost assurance. No hidden fees for overtime labor or extra hands. We base our final price on the actual move-in/move-out dates and times, and we only rent out exhibits that we install ourselves.

When allocating marketing dollars, transparency is key. It’s shocking how often exhibit projects run 20% over budget due to underestimated labor hours and misleading cost estimates. Our Guaranteed Price Contract ensures the price you’re quoted is the final cost—no hidden fees or additional charges.

To lock in this guaranteed price, you’ll collaborate with your Absolute Exhibits account executive and designer to finalize all details. You provide the budget, selections, and schedule; we’ll handle the design specs, dimensions, and timelines.

The only exceptions that could change the price after signing the contract are:
• Post-signing change requests from the exhibitor.
• Exceeding the allotted budget per line item.
• Changes in booth space size or dimensions.
You’ll also agree to the payment schedule, with on-time payments required to avoid late fees.
